Next you need to enter your shipping address. Make Sure you have entered correct details as it cannot be modified once the order is placed. It takes about 5 – 7 working days PAN India for the order to reach you. We offer Free Standard Delivery Option for Orders above INR 900/-. For any order below INR 900/-, we charge INR 50/- as delivery fee.
For International Orders, the delivery cost and time is calculated at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation with a link that allows you to track your order and get delivery status.

Our courier partner will contact you if they do not have accurate delivery information to deliver your order. You can even email us at Customercare@sumii.in for the same.

Our dedicated Team Sumii thrives to provide best quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are in their original packaging, with label and tags intact and in an unused condition. We should be notified within 10 Days after the items are delivered to you.

Please note that voucher code already applied cannot be used again. Vouchers should be used before the expiry date. Some vouchers will only work when your cart value reach certain limit. Vouchers will not work on Products being offered under certain promotions, flat sale, end of year or seasonal sale. Your order may be cancelled due to the following reasons:

  • If your payment was unsuccessful.
  • If you request for cancellation (only before the order has been dispatched)
  • If our Courier Partner fails to deliver goods at your chosen delivery location – then we will send you an email for the next steps.
  • If you have ordered any item in high demand, – then we will send you an email providing option to either select another style or to get Full Refund of that cancelled item amount.

You can change your delivery address by logging in to your account and updating the same in your address book. For Orders already booked, any change in address you have made later will not reflect in your confirmed order.

You can Pay by Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking. We also have the option of Cash On Delivery. Cash Back Received in your Sumii Wallet can be used to purchase items on our website.
